What if I want to join a class but the session has already started?

New sessions begin January, May, and September. If you wish to join the class mid-session, you absolutely may.

You will need to keep in mind that the class is linear, and you will have missed the intricate step-by-step details of the movements we have learned thus far—but you will get those during the next session.

Please send in a registration request for the day/location you would like to attend and you will be sent additional information.
