Tai Chi Walk is usually practiced as a slow, fluid continuation of movement—a moving meditation. In this mini-class, I have broken it down and added pauses to assist in ingraining the anchor points. I have also added a pause to allow the bringing in of the knee for those that require extra stabilization while still working on their balance. Those that do not need the “kickstand” would sweep the foot into forward position without bringing it in to meet the weighted foot.
