Think Taiji Walk!

1. Keeping all weight on the right (get ready for a thigh burn) turn waist slightly left while right hand lowers in front of center line (palm faces chest) and left hand rises similar to roll back.

2. Turn waist right while first arcing, then raising right hand (similar to left hand in roll back) and bringing left hand down center line of body (palm faces chest). Turn to complete right 45 degree.

3. Begin to “pierce ear” and step with left heel weightlessly out to shoulder width at same time.

4. Waist turn to side wall and weight shift into 70% weight on left foot causes right finger tips to press forward and first sweeps left hand down to brush past thigh then descends to “pat the dog on the head” next to thigh.

To become really proficient and this move practice the Taiji Walk.
